Waiting time caused by customer-controlled readiness or access conditions may be billable. I will ensure charged batteries, adequate fuel, required air pressure, and access to doors, hood and needed compartments unless that condition is the reason for service. Additional trips caused by vehicle/site readiness or access problems may be charged. Readiness interventions such as jump start, battery charging, fuel/air/access assistance may incur an additional charge, which will be submitted for my authorization before the additional service is performed. I understand an appointment deposit may be required after acceptance and before a work order is created; it is credited to the final balance. If the vehicle is not available within 60 minutes of the agreed service time after dispatch, the appointment may be treated as a no-show and the deposit may become non-refundable. If the provider cannot perform for a provider-controlled reason, I will be offered a reschedule or a refund initiated within 5 hours.
